Shipping & Returns Policy
Domestic Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–10 days after dispatch, depending on your location. We recommend allowing up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If you need something sooner, please email us at hello@paperscissorsco.com.
We ship all our products across India. We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 2500. For all other orders, there’s a flat shipping fee of Rs. 125. We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) but have UPI, Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking options available for prepaid payments via Razorpay.
To check your order status, just visit https://www.delhivery.com/tracking and enter your order ID.
Please note, order updates appear on this page once your items have been printed, packed, and shipped, usually within 3 to 4 working days after you place your order.
After your order is processed, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived when expected, please reach out to us at hello@paperscissorsco.com and we’ll help you track it down.
International Shipping
Right now, we only ship within India, but we’re working hard to bring our products to the world soon. Fingers crossed, international shipping will be here before you know it!
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns or exchanges, as our product sizing is standard and carefully listed. We encourage you to read the product description in detail before ordering. In rare cases that the product is damaged we can initiate exchange upon careful consideration but there will be no refund. Please email us with your name, order number, description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery at hello@paperscissorsco.com.
Taxes
Product prices shown are exclusive of taxes. An 18% GST will be added at checkout.
Payments
All payments made against the purchases/services on the Paper Scissors Store by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Paps Co.
Paps Co. Ltd may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Paps Co. which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reasons.
