Placing Your Order
Can I change an order I’ve just placed?
If you’ve just placed an order and spotted something off, drop us a note within 24 hours at hello@paperscissorsco.com. Don’t forget to include your order number!
While we can’t make changes to an order once it’s been placed, we’re happy to cancel it so you can start fresh. This might cause a slight delay in delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Before your order heads out from our printers or warehouse, we’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes or cancellations. Just get in touch as soon as you can and we’ll try to help. We’re unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Entered the wrong delivery address?
If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address by mistake, email us at hello@paperscissorsco.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and the full, correct address so we can fix it before your order ships out from our printers or warehouse.
Sending PS Co products to more than one place?
At the moment, we’re only able to ship all items in an order to a single address. If you’d like to send items to different addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders for each one.Thanks for understanding, we’re always working to make things smoother for you.

Personalizing Products
Can I personalize the products?
We offer personalization on bulk or corporate orders, but not on individual products. Our hope is that you personally handwrite notes on our products to make them feel unique, special, and connected with you. Each product is designed with enough space for your own story to shine through.
What’s the minimum requirement for a custom bulk order?
We’d love to work with you on a custom bulk order, but require a minimum of 500 pieces per product to create something just for you.

Dispatch & Delivery
I haven’t received my order yet! Where is it?
To check your order status, just visit https://www.delhivery.com/tracking and enter your order ID.
Please note, order updates appear on this page once your items have been printed, packed, and shipped, usually within 3 to 4 working days after you place your order.
After your order is processed, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived when expected, please reach out to us at hello@paperscissorsco.com and we’ll help you track it down.
How to track my order?
You can track your order anytime at https://www.delhivery.com/tracking. Just keep in mind that tracking updates only appear once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped. This usually takes 3 to 4 days after you place your order, and the tracking will show up about 12 to 24 hours after you get your shipping confirmation email.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders usually get shipped within 5-7 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days. You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 2500. For all other orders, there’s a flat shipping fee of Rs. 125.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now, we only ship within India, but we’re working hard to bring our products to the world soon. Fingers crossed, international shipping will be here before you know it!
Why is your free minimum shipping so high?
As a small business, we want to keep our products affordable and of great quality. That means our margins are tight, so free shipping is currently available on orders over Rs. 2500. We’re hopeful we can lower that threshold in the near future!
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, we do! COD is available with a handling fee of Rs. 100, which will be added at checkout. We’ll give you a quick call to confirm before processing your order.
If we can’t reach you by phone, we’ll send an email to follow up. Please note, if we’re unable to get in touch within 10 days of your order, it will be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
First off, we’re really sorry to hear that. Please don’t worry, just email us with your name, order number, description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery at hello@paperscissorsco.com. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
We always try to send all your items in one package. If something’s missing or you've received the wrong products, please reach out to us at hello@paperscissorsco.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges, as our product sizing is standard and carefully listed. That said, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order or if you’ve received a damaged product, please email us at hello@paperscissorsco.com.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges at the moment, since our product sizing is standard and clearly mentioned. We recommend checking product details carefully before ordering.
About Us & Our Products
Where are you located? Where do the products ship from?
We’re two sisters based in Mumbai, where all our products are lovingly designed, packed, and shipped across India. You can read more about our story [here].
Are your designs copied or AI generated?
Never. We take inspiration from everywhere (our Pinterest board is bursting with ideas) but each design is given our unique spin and hand-drawn or created by us using Procreate and Illustrator. While we may use AI for text-based content inspiration, we never use it to generate our artwork.
Are your products sustainable?
We’re proud to say that all our greeting cards, note cards, gift tags are made from recycled paper. Our greeting card envelopes are made from eco-friendly Kraft paper. Our bookmarks and notecard envelopes are printed on FSC-certified sustainable paper. Our stickers are made on waterproof standard sticker sheets for durability which include plastic.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We currently pack our greeting cards, note cards, and gift tags in plastic sleeves to protect them (especially during the monsoons) but we’re actively searching for biodegradable alternatives. If you know of any great suppliers, do let us know at hello@paperscissorsco.com.
We ship your orders using sustainable outer packaging, though you may notice plastic wrapping during the rainy season to keep your goodies safe and dry.
Do you have a recycling program?
Not just yet but it’s definitely on our radar. We hope to introduce one very soon!
Do you have a physical store?
